Wreaths and Macramé pieces are custom orders and require up to a week to be dispatched unless stated otherwise. 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of items purchased.

Parcels are sent using Hermes next day service and can take 1-3 days for delivery from dispatch date. 

For Scotland deliveries please allow 2-5 days.

Free Delivery 

All orders with a subtotal greater than the sum of £60 GDP are gifted to free standard shipping. This does not include the sale of Wreaths or other large fragile items. 

Refunds

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales@kanda-co.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
